Parrot man, Ted Richards

In the vein of Stalking Cat (RIP) and Caim Divell, parrot man Ted has had his ears removed to look more like his parrots.

Here he models the implants designed to keep his glasses on his face. Instead of using, you know, his ears.

As parrots don't wear glasses, I'd expect his next move to be lasik.

The dildo throne is four feet wide. It's six feet tall. Just picture that for a moment. Just picture trying to slide that through your front door. Imagine clinging onto the numerous dicks and using them to steer the throne into your living room. A throne that takes up as much space as a young horse.

Read the story on Hex Jam.

Atlas Obscura has amassed a wonderful collection of old patent medicine advertising. Shocking what we used to give children for a cough.

(Also "The Great Vegetable Pain Destroyer" is the name of my new band.)

Deadspin asks: How hard can it be to draw a tiger?

Starting from this tweet by mikewithbats, the website explores other terrible examples of the Detroit Tigers logo which were OFFICIALLY LICENSED BY THE TEAM:

Additionally, curious about that "free" and assume there are some sexual favors involved, or something. Nothing's ever free, my dad taught me, especially not "free" free stuff.
