mom, I'm an atheist
I already posted this at my place, but had to here as well as this is hi-larious - and watch the entire video for a special surprise at the end that is sure to make your day even better. (Turn down volume on low due to profanity if at work, that will be all.)

"Stop taking life sitting down"
"Simply put, GoGirl is the way to stand up to crowded, disgusting, distant or non-existent bathrooms. It’s a female urination device(sometimes called a FUD) that allows you to urinate while standing up. It’s neat. It’s discreet. It’s hygienic.
GoGirl is easy to use. Just lower your panties, and put GoGirl against your body, forming a seal. Aim and, well, pee. Pretty simple, huh?

GoGirl fits easily in your purse, pocket, or glove compartment. It’s a must for travel and sports. And it’s great for everyday––no more crouching over or trying to cover up an unsanitary public toilet."
I can think of other applications, too! Sign me the fuck up!

"analogous to showing up for a black-tie event in a clown costume"
Comic Sans walks into a bar, bartender says, "We don't serve your type."
Creator of the world's most hated font, Vincent Connare, comes clean here. God, I wish blogger had Comic Sans (not really).

If You're Ever On Dancing With The Stars. . .
. . .you might want to consider some of this headgear I found on Etsy. Otherwise, I'd stay away.

This shiny starfish is eating her face.

This is from the Wedding collection. Something old, something new, something fucking hideous that my cousin made out of a paper plate.

One time, at color guard camp, we all made our own headbands for the parade out of cardboard and spray paint.
I'm totally down with being craftacular and all that, but these kindergarten craft projects are being SOLD. . .for MONEY. . .like $30 or $40 a pop. From CANADA - well, that explains it.

School project on Little Red Riding Hood
This project was inspired by the video for Röyksopp's "You Remind Me," which is also cool.

Tiny Art Director
I'm not a big fan of children but this website is cracking me up. Tiny Art Director is a site by an artist who draws what his daughter asks him to, and then takes her abuse. A sampling:

The Brief: I'm going to tell you what to draw. Draw a dragon sneaking up on a girl. She's picking flowers.
The Critique: Daddy it's not supposed to be like that! He has dog legs! I'm so mad at you! I'm going to erase those legs! Daddy why did you do those legs??? [collapses in tears]

My First Cavity Search

Playmobil's Security Check Point activity set is a great way to teach children the importance of dressing like a gay sailor when you're catching a plane. And the Amazon user reviews are pretty hilarious. Enjoy! No lighters!
